 Hello, all my lovelies!

Writing is something that provides me peace, it's something that has always come naturally to me. I never had to make an extra effort to express my feelings on a piece of paper. 

So now instead of just writing for myself, I thought of sharing my feelings and opinions with all of you. Just like you all I'm also a person dealing with life conflicts that always help me strengthen as an individual. This is the first blog I'm uploading so that there's an adequate start to this journey of ours.

Topics like feminism, patriarchy, societal mindset, etc. have always been controversial. But before diving into the actual problem, let's just understand the real and actual meaning of feminism and why patriarchy needs to be smashed in our society .  Many people in our society often relate feminism with hatred of women towards all men, however, it's literally the complete opposite of it. Feminism is nothing about hating men, it's about equal rights and opportunities for both men and women. On the other side patriarchy refers to a world that is run by men, it believes that men are the superior ones and women should be homely and provide for their children. If being a feminist had been anything related to making men feel inferior, then there wouldn't have been so many famous, highly educated, and knowledgeable men who are proud to call themselves feminists. You know how surprising it is that how our society has always made women feel that she's not worthy enough. It is the mindset that by default we're meant to believe that a woman can't be self-reliant, that they'll always need a man in their life to depend on. She's convinced that a man is supposed to be there for her in all the phases of her life, be it her father, brother, husband, or son. This thinking is fitted in people's minds by default due to the sort of society we are part of. If we look closely into the matter, we will realize how inferior we make the women of our society feel. Something our generation lacks

 It feels surreal how our generation, also known as Genz, has access to many new things, concepts, and platforms to showcase themselves. However, even after being a generation that has always been up there, has opinions, takes care of themselves, and likes to invest in their lifestyle and their standard of living, one thing that's lacking in most of us I feel is 'AUTHENTICITY'. No matter how well dressed up we always are, and how productive we want to be in our day, one thing we always leave behind is being ourselves.
